Thoughts I had while on a Cruise

Cruising was super fun. It was weird and nothing like I'd ever done before, but it was great. It caused me a rather large amount of confusion though, and here are some things that crossed my mind:

  • If I go to the self service restaurant right now will anyone know?
  • Is it too close to dinner or is that totally fine?
  • Which one of my brothers is most likely to go overboard because they were drunk?
  • HOW DO I CONTACT MY PARENTS WHEN I’M IN THE MIDLE OF THE SEA AND THEY ARE NOT IN THE ONLY PLACE WHICH HAS A PHONE?!
  • Is it a normal thing for people to come in at 7.15am? Or is that just what my brother does now?
  • Can I use all of the things that I brought with me up, or am I going to have to lug them all back home again because I’m the idiot who thought I needed 24508523 different Sanctuary products?
  • Did Sanctuary and Clinique actually sponsor me to go on holiday? Or am I just obsessed with them both?
  • Am I ever going to be able to afford to take myself on a cruise or should I just relish these 12 nights as if I’m never going to go on holiday ever again?
  • I don’t need suncream on my back, I’m not going to take my playsuit off.
  • Should have put suncream on. Burned.
  • Is Gibraltar a real place? Why does a litre of vodka cost £7? Is that real vodka? is this even a real shop?
  • How do people survive in this heat? Are they born used to it or are they as uncomfortable as me right now?
  • I think my stomach has expanded to a point where I'm going to be perpetually hungry when I get home
  • What are we actually going to talk about at home now this holiday has happened?
